one.com Domain Transfer Away

1. Cancel your web space via the One.com chat/mail support.

2. Request an AUTH-ID via the One.com chat/mail support or by contacting hostmaster-support@one.com.

3. One.com will send the AUTH-ID to the mail address registered with them.

4. Contact your new provider. The new provider will guide you to transfer your domain away from One.com.
